Q. How much does it cost for the pick-up and delivery service?
A. Nothing. Our pick-up and delivery service is free. The only thing you pay is the normal cleaning charge.

Q. Is the normal cleaning charge different for pick-up and delivery customers as opposed to someone who comes into the cleaner?
A. No. We have the same pricing for both pick-up and delivery as we have for our customers who come in to see us.

Q. Is there a minimum fee for the service?
A. No. There is no minimum fee.

Q. Is there a minimum quantity to qualify for pick-up and delivery?
A. No. There is no minimum quantity for this service. We are in many neighborhoods each day, if we are in
yours, it would be a privilege to serve you. Even if we are not in your neighborhood now, but pass by it along the way to another stop, we may be able to set you up for service. Call Ben or Dave at 539-2800 to find out more.

Q. How do I pay for the cleaning?
A. We have three convenient options for making payments: You get to choose which one is best for you.

  1. Bill your credit card once at the end of each month and send you a statement of the cleaning that has
    been charged to it.
  2. Bill you at the end of each month. This option requires payment in full by the 15th of the following
    month. In order to assure that all accounts are kept paid up, we require a credit card to be on file with
    us. Only in the event that the payment is late or not in full would we bill the card.
  3. Bill your credit card each time you use our service.

Q. Do I have to be home when the pick-up and delivery person comes by?
A. No. When we set you up for the service, you designate a place for us to come (ie back porch, garage, shed). When we come, we will go to that spot for all pick-ups and deliveries.

Q. What happens in the event of bad weather?
A. In the event of bad weather, we may not be able to make the delivery. However, if the location that you
selected for the service is protected from the weather, we will likely still be able to make the scheduled
appointment. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will deliver on the next scheduled day for your area. Or, you may
phone your delivery person and have them leave your garments at one of our locations for you to pick-up.
